Such a cute graphic floral print number! Story goes: I have a strong suspicion this is handmade - truly a one of a kind piece. The Vogue Americana patterns were popular in the 60s and 70s and each pattern received a sweet little label to sew on your creation. Judging by the pattern style, sewing techniques used and zip used I'd date it from the 70s.
The fabric itself is slightly stretchy and the cut is such a flattering shape.
